Georgian Technical University (GTU) is one of the biggest educational and scientific institutions in the South Caucasian region. GTU was founded in 1922. It traditionally represents a leading engineering higher educational institution and powerful scientific center.

Consisting of 8 faculties, 34 departments, 64 educational scientific centers, 14 scientific-research institutes, GTU has 4 educational programs, 141 study courses.
